Description
In this class you will learn how to make homemade Italian gelato and our gluten free pizza recipe. We will be making and tasting ice cream made with dairy and sorbet made with fruit. We use only fresh quality products, always sourcing seasonally and locally. We don’t use any preservatives or dyes. I scream you scream we all scream for ice cream!
Gluten-free Pizza
This class provides an overview of gluten free flours and how to use them to make a pizza that is tasty for everyone, even if you’re not gluten free! We will cover the following topics:
Gluten free flours: everything you need to know
How to make our gluten-free pizza recipe
Types and techniques of handling dough when using gluten free ingredients
Procedures for leavening gluten-free doughs and dividing the dough
How to add toppings and bake gluten-free pizza.
How to preserve the dough
Management of workspaces to avoid the risk of gluten contamination
All participants will be given an apron, recipe cards and a pen.
Rules
Su Barchile reserves the right to cancel the course or change the dates if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In case of cancellation, the registration fee already paid will be returned or can be used, at the choice of the member, for other events organized by Su Barchile.
Cancellation Policy
If the member, for personal reasons not associated with Su Barchile, should decide not to attend a paid class to which he was enrolled, at least 24 hours before the start of the course, he can withdrawal and cancel without penalties and obtain a full refund.
If the member wishes to cancel participation without any written communication to Su Barchile, within the terms indicated above, he will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid.
